Monkeying around
Few things in this world cannot be improved by being dipped in melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dough is definitely one of those things. I made a recipe this weekend called "monkey bread" which calls for making a yeast dough (one that is fairly rich that has butter and eggs in it). After the first rise, tear off small bits of dough, dip them in the melty sugar/cinnamon/butter concoction, let it rise once more, and bake it in an angel food cake pan. To eat it, you just tear off chunks of it while the bread is warm. Heaven, I say!
Now I just need my army of Monkey Minions to do my daily work for me so I can spend more quality time dipping things in butter, cinnamon and sugar.
