Food orgy

To celebrate Molly's bday, we took a trip to the SF Ferry building, the new center for all things "foodie" around here. You know how when you're hungry and you go to the grocery store and so much sounds SO tasty and you really, really should buy it? Now try making it past an ACME bread store, Scharffen Berger chocolates, organic fruits galore, a mushroom store (whoda thunk it?), Cowgirl Creamery cheese store, and a bakery with ridiculously cute cakes that looked as if they were wearing fluffy hats of meringue... no matter how not hungry you might be, this would be torture!! How can anyone possibly resist! So, you don't. Shouldn't, in fact.

And speaking of cheese, I placed my fate into the hands of the cheese man to pick out a unique chevre for me, and holy cow...er..goat! It blows away that supermarket stuff. So the lesson of the day - get the special cheese. Ooh, and that cakes can wear fluffy hats.
